Concept in development

Your DNA.
A clearer perspective.

A consumer genomics initiative exploring DNA sequencing and understandable personal genetic insights. Our aim is to help people approach their genetic information with more clarity, context, and choice.

Individual sequencing services are not yet available.

The purpose

A thoughtful way to explore personal genetics.

Sequencing is one part of the experience we envision. Equally important is helping an individual understand what information is being presented, how it should be interpreted, and what questions remain.

01 / Clarity

An explanation you can follow.

We want to translate complex genetic information into readable explanations, with clear definitions and useful context.

02 / Context

Meaning alongside information.

The planned experience would make the scope, evidence, and uncertainty behind an insight visible, rather than presenting an unexplained result.

03 / Choice

A person at the center.

Participation, information access, and any optional research involvement should be understandable decisions for the individual.

The intended experience

From a question to a clearer understanding.

This is the journey we are designing toward. The service, collection process, report categories, and availability are still being defined.

01

Understand the offering.

Review what the service covers, what it can and cannot tell you, and how your information would be handled.

02

Follow a defined sample process.

A future service would explain collection and sequencing clearly before someone chooses to participate.

03

Explore explained insights.

Read personal genetic information alongside its context, limitations, and the questions it may raise.

04

Make informed choices.

Understand the available options for access, follow-up, and any further use of your information.

Personal insights

A useful result should invite understanding.

We are exploring how a report could help someone move from unfamiliar terminology to an informed question. Specific report categories and their supporting evidence remain under development.

This page introduces an educational insights concept. It does not offer diagnostic or clinical services.

An example of the intended presentation

01

The information

What is being shown, expressed in clear language.

02

The context

What supports the interpretation, including its limits.

03

The next question

What a person may want to understand or discuss further.

Presentation concept only. No personal genetic results are shown.

Your DNA. Your choices.

Trust belongs in the design.

We are evaluating the policies and controls a consumer sequencing service would need before launch. These principles guide that planning; they describe our intended direction, rather than an operational data policy.

Understand access.

Explain who could access information, for which purposes, and under which choices.

Choose participation.

Present any optional research participation as a distinct, informed decision.

Know the lifecycle.

Make storage, retention, sharing, and available deletion options clear before participation.

Follow the development

Help shape what comes next.
